We received an inquiry about wanting to stamp a four-digit alphanumeric content on a part of the connector. Upon discussing the detailed requirements with the responsible sales representative, it was revealed that the purpose is to ensure traceability within the factory, and that new marking on the connector is necessary. Additionally, there were the following requests: - The ink must be suitable for stamping on metal connectors and able to withstand heat treatment at 260°C for one minute after drying. - It should be capable of being integrated into the factory line for automatic stamping. - It should be achievable at a low cost. In response to these requirements, we have adopted the TAT Stamp Unit Lot Replacement Type Square 0520. This is an inexpensive auxiliary unit that can incorporate continuous date stamps (TAT Stamper No. 16). Its ease of introduction is its appeal.

This is a unit that allows for continuous stamping of the 16mm round impression, which has been highly requested. Since it can directly incorporate the TAT Stamper No. 16, it helps reduce initial costs, and it is easy to manage impressions and maintain. With Shachihata's unique stamping method (ink absorption), it minimizes uneven stamping and enables continuous stamping with clear prints. Despite being frequently used, it can quickly accommodate applications such as inspection stamps that have not been addressed until now.
